    Hi Laura,
    Yes, I agree the job should fit the employee, but sometimes I need a balance.

    While I’m a professional website designer, I need to slot some time to clean house and fold laundry, so my brain can take a vacation. It is at that time that solutions to my web problems will present themselves.
