Hi Laura,
This is an excellent presentation. I realized that I really need what you’re talking about here; so much so that I was wondering if you could put this in text form so I can use it as a checklist when buying my next laptop.
I use web-based email always, meaning it’s on the server not on any one computer. I also use a Flash drive to store all my files and back it up every night. And finally, when on the road consolidate your equipment into 1 or 2 containers–it looks more professional than 5 or 6 bags with one thing each.
